Amnesia

I bought the most recent Humble Indie bundle because it was a "pay what you want" thing (yes I paid a non-insulting amount, I'm not a jerk).
I had heard that Amnesia was supposed to be scary, but I guess I thought that I was supah-tough or something.  Now I know that it was DESIGNED to make you not want to sleep at night.

GUYS!  The game War of the Ring is FREAKING AWESOME.  So much better than risk in how it's made and how it works, though admittedly the rules are extensive.  This scene did happen in that I lost a battle I SHOULD NOT have lost, though Daniel's reaction here is slightly hyperbolic.

For the record, though, I won the game.  As the bad guys.  SAURON IS MY RULER.

This was way too much fun to draw.  Also, my blender is my favorite appliance in our dorm, which is why it merited a label.

Daniel likes to take the comics I write that have captions and entirely change what they say.  It usually ends up like this.  Although I find it kind of hilarious that he didn't misspell anything in the comic, and yet managed to spell his own name wrong at the bottom.

            Looking up old memes was really fun for the most part, though obviously some of the raunchier ones aren't mentioned here because they were raunchy.  Yeah.
            But the bunny suicides was just.... ugugughghghgh

Jacob is a Man

Welcome Jacob.  He will probably be here a lot more in the future because he's another one of the strange bros I pal around with.  I would like to note I am also strange.

Tablet Part 1

I have a lot of reasons to want to move to tablet art.  It saves paper, and the time it takes to scan, plus I can draw it and do the colors in one go.  Besides, most of the best webcomic artists use tablets.
I just didn't know it'd be so HARD!  SO FREAKING HARD!

Ok, so maybe I didn't overreact THAT much, but when I caught myself at work doing this whenever I said something flippant I did realize I had developed a habit that looked jut a bit homosexual.  I've nothing against gay folks, but it's not an image I want to portray for myself!

Also, today is the day that I decide that I need to do SOMETHING to my art to make it so I can distinguish between my people more easily, because that person I'm talking to is my new friend/co-worker Brooke, and if I drew her again I'm betting you wouldn't recognize her at all :P

This was really just an excuse to draw odd contortions of a face.  I have treated blisters with hand sanitizer before, though, and let me tell you one thing about it: Ow.

A Toy!

Oh man!  It was this cool spinner thing that you could wind up and whatnot!  And it spins... and uh... hits things... then stops soon... and uh... My attention span for the toy was about as long as a four year old's as well.

ON A MORE TECHNICAL NOTE:  School has started again for me, so I won't be posting daily any longer.  I will be posting on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday format because it's just generic enough to work.  If it turns out I can make enough strips to keep up with a daily one, I'll go back to that, but until then 3 a week should keep things alive here.
